The topic of the upcoming XRPL Commons Aquarium cohort #7 will be Defi II.

During this second iteration of the theme of DeFi, we will focus mainly on yield generation, stable coins, and other XRP Value Amplifiers.

Residents will delve into XRPL's unique features, including its fast settlement times of 3-5 seconds, low transaction costs, and ability to handle up to 1,500 transactions per second. These characteristics make XRPL an ideal platform for building scalable, cost-effective solutions across multiple sectors.

The 12-week program will encourage participants to leverage XRPL's capabilities, such as its built-in decentralized exchange (DEX) and native liquidity pools, to create innovative applications. Entrepreneurs and developers will have the opportunity to explore real-world asset tokenization, cross-border payments, and other use cases that benefit from XRPL's efficiency and security.
